36th Productivity and Quality Awards

The Annual Productivity and Quality Awards (PQA) Program honors departmental productivity and quality improvement efforts deserving recognition.  Eighty entries representing $3.4 billion in cost savings, revenue, and improved services to the community were submitted for awards consideration.  Congratulations to all 88 project teams!  Click here for a list of all 88 projects.

The Top Ten and Commission Special winners were recognized at this year’s Awards Luncheon at The Music Center Dorothy Chandler Pavilion on Wednesday, October 18, 2023.  The 2023 Top Ten winners represent innovative ways to empower some of the most underserved, disadvantaged and vulnerable populations in the County—children, justice involved men and women, young people of color, and people experiencing food insecurity. These projects provided critical care and services during these challenging times.  Click here for a list of the Top Ten winners.
